Redundancy Pay Calculator
Our main Redundancy Pay Calculator is the starting point for most users. This tool calculates your statutory redundancy pay based on your age, length of service, and weekly earnings. Use this calculator as soon as you learn you may be facing redundancy. It gives you a clear baseline figure for your minimum legal entitlement. The calculator applies the current weekly pay cap of £719 and accounts for up to 20 years of service.

Redundancy Tax Calculator
Our Redundancy Tax Calculator helps you understand the tax implications of your payout. It calculates how much of your redundancy is tax-free (up to £30,000), tax owed on amounts above the threshold, and which elements are always taxable (notice pay, holiday pay). Use this tool once you know your total redundancy package. It is particularly useful if your combined payout exceeds £30,000.

Notice Pay Calculator
Our Notice Pay Calculator helps you work out exactly how much notice you should receive. Enhanced Redundancy Estimator
Our Enhanced Redundancy Calculator helps you compare different package structures. It calculates your statutory redundancy pay as a baseline, enhanced packages using multipliers (such as 2x or 3x statutory), and the difference between statutory and enhanced offers. Consultation Timeline Calculator
